Medical Arts Press® End Tab Folders are engineered specifically for the demanding environment of a busy professional office. The end-tab design is optimized for color-coded labeling, allowing for rapid file retrieval and “out-of-file” verification in open-shelf systems.
Unlike standard folders, these are constructed from heavyweight 14pt manila paper, providing the rigidity needed to prevent sagging and “slumping” on the shelf. The two factory-installed fasteners allow you to subdivide records (such as correspondence on one side and clinical notes on the other), ensuring that critical documents remain in chronological order and won’t fall out during transport. With a reinforced tab and a pleated spine that expands up to 3/4 of an inch, these folders are built to grow alongside your data.
