Over time, original vents can crack due to hail, low-hanging branches, or prolonged UV exposure, leading to roof leaks and poor sewer gas dissipation. This kit provides everything needed to “replace-all” or simply refresh the cap and base.
The included putty tape ensures a watertight seal between the vent flange and your RV’s roof material (compatible with rubber, fiberglass, and metal roofs). Its polar white finish provides a clean, factory look that matches most modern RV exteriors. The spring-tension attachment option in some variations also allows for quick cap replacement without necessarily removing the original base if it is still in good condition.
