The RV-362C model is a “Type 1” automatic reset breaker. Unlike manual breakers or fuses that require physical intervention after a trip, this unit cycles back to the “on” position once the internal bi-metal strip cools down. This makes it ideal for hidden or hard-to-reach locations where frequent access is difficult.
The metal construction provides superior heat dissipation and EMI (electromagnetic interference) shielding compared to plastic alternatives. It features standard #10-32 threaded studs for secure ring terminal connections, ensuring a vibration-resistant electrical link that won’t wiggle loose during travel.
